"Great customer service but eComm site needs improvements"
Their E-commerce site needs serious improvements.
1. Inventory is not accurate -ordered several items and when the order arrived, a few items on sale were missing. Even though these missing items were not charged on my credit card, there was no email communication about the out of stock or the changes of the shipped items at all.
2. The reward voucher was not automatically refunded. Poor customer service had to issue a new voucher when I used it as a part of an order and I returned the order.
But their customer service is great when inquired about these issues. They fully understand why I was unhappy about my orders and they helped me to solve the issues quickly every time.

"Great and prompt service"
Recently I had to find a special gift for Christmas
Not only they had in stock the item...but also reduced..and had a great communication
Rapid delivery..seen the situation and very safe and well packed

"Very Fashionable"
Very Fashionable and stylish Department store. Not cheap, but typically British. Not like all Department stores. Recommend. And also very beautiful decoration and super design of shop Windows.
